The Harvest Cowl Knitting Pattern: Cozy + Warm Textured Knit Scarf

The Design Concept of The Harvest Cowl Knitting Pattern: Cozy Texture Plus Color

When designing The Harvest Cowl knitting pattern, I had in mind to create a unique, textured cowl scarf that was a total show-stopper. I actually don't have any cowl knit or crochet patterns in my design portfolio, so I thought it was the perfect timing to add some to the Darling Jadore collection! The stunning knitted texture of The Harvest Cowl engulfs you with unparalleled warmth and coziness in a beautiful harmony of colors, making this cowl a timeless and unique fall or winter accessory.  The Harvest Cowl details provide so much visual interest due to the variation of texture throughout.

Suitable for beginner knitters, The Harvest Cowl knitting pattern equips you with a stitch glossary, schematic with precise measurements, highly-detailed written instructions, links to tons of video and photo assistance, and more. Although the design of this cowl might look complex, it's actually so stinkin' easy to make, and once you memorize the pattern repeat, you'll whiz through this design in no time at all. The beautiful repetition of texture is captivating and makes this cowl such an enjoyable knit. I loved knitting it so much, that I was even thinking about turning it into a blanket so that I could knit it even longer! Trust me when I say you'll really enjoy this knitting pattern!

The Details of The Harvest Cowl Knitting Pattern: Texture, Colors, and Cozy Warmth

Knitted seamlessly in the round, bottom-up on circular knitting needles, The Harvest Cowl is completely engulfed in a gorgeous array of classic knit stitches that create a truly stunning texture throughout the knitted cowl. Just running your fingers over the cowl, you'll be mesmerized by the gorgeous details and the cozy warmth it provides. I purposely designed this knitting pattern to be suitable for beginner to advanced-beginner knitters because it incorporates only simple knit stitches and techniques, and I provide numerous links to videos content and photo content throughout the entire pattern that you can click on to view for reference.

The Harvest Cowl appears to have little ridges that flow horizontally in segments across the cowl, and then there are beautiful cream-colored vertical lines that run upward along the body of the cowl. All of these beautifully stunning knitted details are actually a complete breeze to knit, and I'm so happy this pattern is beginner-friendly and super easy! When you complete The Harvest Cowl, it really looks like you put a lot of hard effort into knitting it, but it's actually super easy.

Let's break it down -- what's in The Harvest Cowl knitting pattern? A stitch glossary, links to loads of helpful videos and photos, written text to explain everything, a schematic with precise measurements, and all the other attributes any great and easy-to-understand knitting  pattern ought to have!
