This knitting pattern equips you with highly-detailed written instructions, numerous tutorial photos, a stitch glossary, a schematic with measurements, links to numerous helpful video tutorials, and more. If you're looking for an enjoyable knitting project that creates a stunningly beautiful scarf, then look no further than The Windchill Scarf knitting pattern!

When designing The Windchill Scarf, I knew I wanted the scarf to be super textured and cozy so that I could bundle up in it on cold mountain days. As seen in the photos, when I was modeling this scarf, it was a freezing cold day and you can see my breath, which lent to the name, "Windchill". For the texture of the scarf, I chose very unique stitchwork that I haven't worked with before, that combines slip stitches and other easy stitches that create a wonderful, squishy texture. Choosing a cream-colored yarn as an easy choice, as I wanted the bold texture to really "pop" when it was photographed. I chose a yarn that had a slightly fuzzy "halo" effect to it to look dreamy and extra-cozy, putting the entire scarf under $20 to make (woot!). If you're not already aware, all Darling Jadore knitting patterns and crochet patterns are designed with yarn that is easy to source, affordable, and available at most chain craft stores, such as Hobby Lobby, Michael's Craft Stores, Walmart, JoAnn, and online through Amazon. We pride ourselves on designing unique, modern items that can be made with affordable, easy-to-source yarn and materials, and I was so happy to design The Windchill Scarf using a dreamy, and very affordable yarn!
